Tenaris in Koppel, Pennsylvania, invites an Emergency Group Shift Leader I to join our Industrial Operations team. You will oversee equipment health, perform inspections, and ensure reliable production by guiding maintenance tasks and safety practices.

You will work with cross-functional teams, monitor resources, and support problem analysis while upholding HSE standards and company policies. This role is on-site and requires strong teamwork and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Performs simple inspections on operative equipment.
• Verifies resource availability, ensuring minimum stock.
• Supports preventive tasks during production and scheduled interventions.
• Supports failure analyses.
• Ensures HSE standards; reports incidents and participates in investigations.
• Maintains maintenance information system and technical documentation.
• Participates in maintenance programs to optimize energy use.
• Analyzes complex topics and recommends actions.
• Interacts with internal/external contacts with autonomy.
• Motivates, coaches and develops staff per HR norms; protects assets.

Emergency Group Shift Leader I

LOCATION: Koppel- Pennsylvania -USA

DEPARTMENT: INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS

Purpose: Minimizes the impact of failures on production processes by ensuring the correct diagnosis of the problem/failure and the execution of the necessary interventions on equipments to mantain its availability and reliability.

Main Responsibilities:

• Performs simple inspections on operative equipments.
• Verifies technical resource availability, ensuring a suitable minimum stock.
• Supports BMGs in the execution of preventive tasks during the normal course of production and/or scheduled interventions.
• Supports BMGs in the execution of failure analyses.
• Ensures the application of health, safety and environment standards and practices. To comply with HSE procedures, report any incident or observation, perform inspections and participate in the investigation process. Implement the preventive/corrective actions. Keep updated the risk analysis and the environmental aspect assessment.
• Manages and updates the maintenance information system and technical documentation, keeping record of the information related to his/her area.
• Participates in maintenance programs to minimize/optimize the use of required energy.
• Analyzes, interprets and recommends courses of action for more complex topics.
• Interacts with internal and/or external contacts with a higher level of autonomy.
• Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/her staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
