Job summary

Kings III Emergency Communications in Coppell, TX is hiring an Emergency Dispatcher for 1st shift. You will handle inbound emergency calls from push button phones, with on-the-job training provided. Work in a supportive environment helping customers in distress and coordinating with authorities as needed.

Main duties include handling high-volume calls, documenting updates, and maintaining clear communication across software tools. Requires customer service experience and strong listening skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service, call center, or dispatcher experience.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and 1st shift (7:45am - 4:15pm).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional active listening with attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.
• Able to type at least 35 wpm with 95% accuracy.
• Dependable, organized and positive with a can-do attitude.
• A sense of humor is a plus.

You will handle inbound calls from our push button emergency phones, monitoring emergency phones in places such as in elevators, pool areas, and other areas, which are used in the event of an emergency. You do not need dispatcher experience to apply to this job, we provide extensive on the job training.
