Duke Health Lake Norman Hospital in Mooresville, NC seeks a Patient Care Assistant to support nursing staff in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will assist with personal care, feeding, and safety for patients of all ages, perform CPR, and help with specimen collection and basic testing.
Responsibilities include maintaining readiness of the work area, stocking supplies, and supporting EKG procedures as needed. Requires a high school diploma or GED, NC A I or EMT training, and BLS certification.

Perform a variety of routine patient care tasks under the direction of nursing staff to assist medical and nursing personnel in the examination, treatment and care of patients. Perform a variety of clerical tasks and other technical tasks as assigned.
