Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• Current BLS certificate, maintained.
• Current ACLS certificate within 30 days of hire.
• Current PALS certificate and/or ENPC within 30 days of hire.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year ER/acute care nursing experience; ER preferred.
• Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Provide direct patient care in Telemetry and ED settings.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians and care teams.
• Ensure privacy and confidentiality of patient information.
