Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college program or nursing diploma from a national accredited nursing school program.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license - Arkansas or Compact State.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates novice level understanding of AC Model of Patient and Family-Centered care addressing needs of patient and family.
• Provides safe and effective nursing care with proper documentation and hand-offs.
• Assesses patients and provides developmentally appropriate care with cultural sensitivity.
• Uses patient information to identify basic needs and planned outcomes with the care team.
• Provides教育 to patients and families at novice level and plans learning accordingly.
• Implements evidence-based practice using patient values and team expertise.
• Supports the AC Professional Practice Model and participates in improvement activities.
• Participates in interdisciplinary shared decision making.
• Offers feedback to improve patient care, equipment, and technology as needed.
• Assists in recruitment, onboarding, and community activities promoting health.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
