Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department in Plano, TX. The role supports a Level II Trauma center with a focus on timely, high-quality patient care in a busy ED setting.

Full-time night shifts (7P-7A) totaling 36 hrs/week, with every other weekend and two major plus two minor holidays per year. Comes with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for education and growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Nursing or ADN required; BSN preferred.
• CLIAFE must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency.
• One-year experience as a clinical nurse or completion of RN residency.
• One year of Emergency experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred.
• Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing.
• BCLS required prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly.
• ACLS required within 90 days.
• PALS required within 90 days.
• TNCC required within 12 months.
• CPI required within 60 days.
