Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Uptown, a joint venture with USPI, seeks a Nurse Supervisor for the Emergency Department in Dallas. Lead daily ED operations, ensure high-quality patient care, manage staff, and align with organizational goals.

Qualified candidates hold a TX RN license with BLS, 3+ years in emergency/critical care, and leadership experience; board certification preferred. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Three (3) or more years’ acute emergency services or critical care nursing experience required.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.
• Current Texas RN licensure and BLS certification required.
• Board certification in leadership, critical care, emergency nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day operations of the Emergency Department.
• Manages department financials and human resources.
• Collaborates with hospital leaders and physicians to optimize patient care.
• Ensures compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
