Genesis HealthCare System proudly invites applications for a Part-time Multi-Skilled Technician at Genesis Coshocton Medical Center. Working in the Emergency Department, you will support nurses by performing direct and indirect patient care under supervision and collaborate with the care team to ensure patient comfort and safety.

The role requires strong communication, basic medical knowledge, CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Must have some prior patient care/health care experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to read, write and explain or describe information to patients/customers and hospital staff.

Responsibilities

• Accurately take and record measurements or readings.
• Provide customer service in a warm and friendly manner.
• Provide patient care under the direction of an RN, in a warm and friendly manner.
• Work collaboratively with other caregivers on the unit.
