NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in Cortlandt Manor, NY is seeking an Emergency Department Technician – Hudson Valley on a part-time, mid-shift schedule. You will assist nurses in the ED, draw blood, monitor vital signs, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-quality environment where patient care is the priority.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, phlebotomy experience, and current BLS from the American Heart Association.

Accurately measure and record patient vital signs including body temperature, pulse respiration, and blood pressure. Report abnormal findings, put patients at ease and be the eyes and ears of our award-winning nursing team. Collaborate with a team of nurses to raise the bar and Put Patients First always.

This is a part time, mid shift position working 11:00a - 12:00a at NewYork-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital (located in Cortlandt Manor, Upper Westchester County, NY).

Preferred Criteria

• Prior experience as a Patient Care Technician, Nursing Attendant, Medical Assistant, EMT, or EMT–D

Required Criteria

• High School Diploma or GED
• Phlebotomy experience
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
