Job Summary

Under the direction of the licensed staff member, the Patient Care Technician provides routine, non-licensed, technical bedside care as a member of the Healthcare Team. They assist day‑to‑day operations to keep the health center running efficiently and effectively, prepare patients for clinicians, transport patients, help obtain lab work and vital signs, conduct purposeful rounding, perform clerical duties, clean and prepare rooms for the next patient, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Give routine, non-licensed, technical bedside care as needed.
• Assist day‑to‑day operations to keep the health center running efficiently and effectively.
• Prepare patients for clinicians.
• Transport patients, assist with obtaining lab work, vital signs, purposeful rounding, clerical duties, and clean and prepare rooms for the next patient.

Education and Certifications

• Certificate of Healthcare – Required
• Professional Certification (EMT, CNA, MA) – Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required

Experience

1-2 Years – Preferred

Qualifications
