McLaren Health Care in Michigan's Flint region is seeking an Emergency Department EMT/Paramedic to provide basic nursing care under the direction of a registered nurse. The role requires BCLS certification, EMT/Paramedic licensure, a high school diploma, and at least six months of ED or EMT experience.
You'll work full-time on a day-evening schedule from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., with biweekly totals around 72 hours.

Scheduled Bi-Weekly Hours: 72
Responsible for providing basic nursing care and specific nursing functions within the Emergency Department under the direction of the registered nurse. ERTs will complete basic arrhythmia class for ERTs with a minimum score of 80% on the written test within two attempts. In addition, they must satisfactorily complete the competency testing for IV and urinary catheter placement.
