Mount Carmel is seeking an Emergency Department Technician to provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced ED. The role supports trauma, stroke, and sepsis responses, performs phlebotomy, EKGs, wound care, and specimen collection, all while maintaining essential documentation and communication with nurses and physicians.
The position offers a full-time, 12-hour day shift (7am–7:30pm) with rotating weekends/holidays, located at Mount Carmel New Albany.

In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the Emergency Department Technician will provide patient care in an atmosphere sensitive to each person’s physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. Functions within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines of the Organization.
This Emergency Department Technician position will working in the Emergency Department at Mount Carmel New Albany three 12-hour shifts per week from 7am - 7:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays.
