Job summary

MUHA is seeking an Emergency Department Technician II to assist Registered Nurses in delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced ED. Under RN supervision, you will perform multi-skilled activities to support efficient, high-quality outcomes.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, plus 1 year of patient care experience or EMT certification. Priority will be given to candidates with prior ED or acute care exposure and completion of relevant clinical coursework.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Preferred experience working as a Patient Care Tech, nursing assistant, or nursing student with hands-on clinical experience after completing one Adult Medical/Surgical course.
• Minimum of 1 year of patient care experience in a health care environment or certified EMT.
