Mount Carmel, a member of Trinity Health, is seeking an Emergency Department Technician to provide patient care in a fast-paced ED at Mount Carmel East. Work three 12-hour shifts per week, 10:00 am – 10:30 pm, with rotating weekends and holidays.
This role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and teamwork in trauma, stroke and sepsis responses. The position requires high school diploma, completion of approved patient care courses, EKG and phlebotomy skills, and BLS certification.

Position Purpose: In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the Emergency Department Technician will provide patient care in an atmosphere sensitive to each person's physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. Functions within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines of the Organization. This Emergency Department Technician position will be working in the Emergency Department at Mount Carmel East three 12-hour shifts per week from 10am - 10:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays.
