Job summary

U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is hiring an Emergency Department Registered Nurse to provide direct care to Veteran patients in the ED, including triage, treatment initiation and outcome evaluation. The position requires English proficiency, a nursing degree from an approved program, and an active US nursing license.

Relocation/recruitment incentives may be authorized. Candidates may be considered on a continuous basis until positions are filled.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Current, full, active, unrestricted nursing license in the United States.
• GNT exception possible for licensure pursuit while pursuing licensure.
• BSN preferred; emergency or critical care experience preferred.
