Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Registered Nurse for a temporary seasonal role at San Marcos Hospital. You will lead nursing functions, deliver direct patient care, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team in the ED. Night shift, 36 hours per week, with a 5-month commitment.

Responsibilities include planning and evaluating care, ensuring safety, and educating patients and families. Requires CA RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. Onsite work only.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in California.
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
• Minimum one year recent full-time Emergency Department experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the health care team; delegate tasks and ensure accountability.
• Uphold Kaiser Permanente policies and procedures and applicable laws.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans using the nursing process.
