Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
• Assess plans and organize nursing activities to meet patient needs.
• Coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team and families.

Responsibilities

• Assesses plans, organizes, performs, and evaluates nursing activities to meet the needs of the patient.
• Promotes adaptive responses of patient and family to achieve high-level care and safety.
• Coordinates patient care and interaction of staff.
• Provides direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics as per policy.
• Evaluates effectiveness of nursing interventions and revises plan accordingly.
• Collaborates with physicians and team to resolve patient needs.
• Participates in unit-based decision-making and quality and safety initiatives.
