Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly reassess progress.
• Administer medications and treatments safely following physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient care and ensure clear communication.
