Job summary

2510 Cobb Hospital, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department on the night shift (7 pm–7 am). This full-time role includes a weekend Premier differential and a sign-on bonus eligible position.

The RN will provide high-quality, compassionate care as part of an interdisciplinary team. The RN will employ evidence-based practice, coordinate care, and uphold standards under Nurse Managers and Wellstar governance.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English; proficient with basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies with composure.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process with evidence-based care and planning.
• Provide patient-centered care with cultural sensitivity.
• Collaborate with the care team to update patients' goals and care plans.
• Maintain current clinical practice standards and documentation.
• Coordinate safe, quality care and timely charting in the patient record.
• Support performance improvement and shared governance initiatives.
