Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis: perform initial, ongoing and functional health status assessments.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning: document planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation: evaluate and document response to interventions and revise plans as needed.
• Leadership: participate in process improvement to improve quality and safety.
• Operations: perform duties with focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
