You will collaborate with physicians and the care team, perform assessments, administer medications, and participate in emergency response and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Texas or Compact State required.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
• 0–2 years in clinical nursing or student clinical rotations in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team for care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.
• Adhere to infection control and patient safety protocols.
• Document care thoroughly in medical records.
