Job summary

Education includes an Associate's in Nursing, with a preference for a Bachelor's; 2+ years in acute care; English fluency and strong computer skills required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (read, verbal and written)
• Basic computer skills – navigate Microsoft Windows based programs.
• Must be able to use a high level of abstract reasoning to assess patient, evaluate interventions, and revise plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates clinical judgment appropriate to patient care level.
• Collects and documents patient health data.
• Assessments, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educates patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
• Ensures handoff communication and documentation.
