Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland or multi-state license where allowed.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Two years of registered nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process in the ED.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with the team.
• Mentor new staff and participate in CAPE professional development.
• Coordinate with interprofessional teams to manage changing priorities.
• Ensure adherence to patient safety and quality care standards.
