Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health's Lahey Emergency Department is seeking a dedicated RN to provide safe, compassionate care within a Magnet-recognized setting at one of the region's leading academic medical centers. The ED features 36 private rooms, dedicated behavioral health spaces, and advanced imaging, with multiple shifts and differential pay.

You will lead clinical care across the care continuum, engage patients and families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, while pursuing

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Active Massachusetts RN license.
• BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross).
• ACLS certification.
• One year of nursing experience, Emergency or Critical Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care while coordinating across the care continuum.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and prevention.
