Job summary

The role requires an RN license, BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS within defined timelines, with a preferred BSN. You’ll work in a dynamic, collaborative environment focused on compassionate care and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• CPI Certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• PALS within 90 days of hire.
• Preferred - Certification in clinical specialty area.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to deliver patient care.
• Assesses learning needs and implements teaching strategies for diverse patients and families.
• Communicates, delegates, and manages nursing team resources on the interdisciplinary team.
• Uses data to evaluate and promote changes for optimal outcomes.
• Supports patient safety, privacy, and compliance with standards of care.
• Performs other related duties as required.
