Job summary

Texas Health Frisco is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse II for the Emergency Department to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include triage, patient assessment, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Requires nursing license, BCLS, ACLS, CPI, PALS, TNCC, NRP or equivalent, and ED experience. Full-time night shifts with rotating weekends/holidays offered.

Qualifications

• Nursing license and appropriate education as listed above.
• 1 year of RN experience required; RN residency completion required.
• 2 years RN ED experience strongly preferred; ED residency a plus.
• BCLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC required within specified timelines.
• CPI training required with annual refreshers; NRP if floating to Mother Baby.
• Confidentiality and fast-paced environment adaptability required.

Responsibilities

• Engage families/caregivers in care decisions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
