White Rock Medical Center, a 218-bed community hospital in Dallas, Texas, seeks an experienced Emergency Department RN to provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced ED. You will triage, administer medications, educate patients, and collaborate with the care team while upholding HIPAA and AIDET standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing with RN licensure in Texas.
• 1–2 years ED experience preferred.
• BSN preferred; BLS and ACLS required; TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in the emergency department.
• Assess, triage, and coordinate with care team to deliver treatment.
• Administer medications and educate patients and families.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and use AIDET in communications.
• Stabilize patients and coordinate with EMS and medical staff.
• Attend monthly/annual trainings and keep equipment in readiness.
