Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure.
• Experience in emergency or acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and rapid decision-making.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, prioritize needs, and deliver appropriate interventions
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing care according to established protocols
• Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the care team
• Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, and interdisciplinary staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and support safe, effective care
• Provide patient and family education and emotional support
