Job summary

Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston seeks a Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department. In this fast-paced, patient-centered setting, you will provide comprehensive emergency care, from triage and rapid assessment to treatment and discharge education for diverse adult and pediatric patients.

Working within a collaborative, mission-driven team, you’ll follow evidence-based protocols, support trauma and code responses, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Maine RN license.
• Experience in emergency or acute care nursing preferred.
• Strong assessment, triage, and rapid intervention skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage and comprehensive emergency care for adults and pediatrics.
• Perform rapid assessment, treatments, and discharge education.
• Collaborate with trauma and code teams and follow evidence-based protocols.
