Zusammenfassung

The VIOS Clinic is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate treatment with physicians and the care team.

You will address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs while ensuring patient safety, advocating for best practices, and contributing to ongoing quality improvement. Evening, night, and weekend shifts are included.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from a Nursing Specialty Training Program (required).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform assessments, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.

Aufgaben

• Complete patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs throughout care.
• Provide direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
• Evaluate and adjust interventions based on patient response.
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and ancillary staff to coordinate care.
• Manage equipment handling and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to patient safety, quality education, and organizational metrics.
• Demonstrate compassionate interaction, promote safety, and enhance patient satisfaction.
