Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance seeks an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse at CHA Cambridge Hospital to deliver high-quality care to acute patients in a fast-paced ED.

This full-time role offers Day/Evening shifts, 36 hours per week, with every-other weekend and department rotation during holidays. RN must hold MA license, BSN preferred, 1-2 years ED experience, and BLS/ACLS/PALS; TNCC preferred; basic EMR proficiency; agility exam.

Qualifications

• RN must be graduate of accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Current MA RN license required.
• 1-2 years Emergency RN experience required.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• TNCC preferred.
• Basic computer EMR proficiency required.
• New hire physical agility exam required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to acute patients and families per CHA standards.
• Assess, plan, implement and document patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and teammates in a fast-paced ED.
• Adapt to a high-pressure environment with rapid patient turnover.
