Penn Medicine’s Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania Cedar seeks a Clinical Nurse 1 for the Emergency Services department. Qualifications

• RN license in PA (Required)
• BSN or higher preferred
• Less than 15 months of nursing experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Night shift availability and 0.9 FTE (36 hours/week)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with interprofessional team to coordinate patient care.
• Demonstrate professional practice competencies across CQI, EBP, leadership, safety, and teamwork.
• Uphold safety and infection control standards and patient-centered care.
• Participate in education and professional development opportunities.
• Meet regulatory and nursing practice standards and contribute to quality improvement.
