Job summary

Lady Of The Sea Medical Clinic is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department on a 72 Hour Mid Shift with benefits. The RN will deliver patient care across all ages using the nursing process, meet standards of care, manage unit staff, and promote interdepartmental collaboration.

The position offers a Full-time Employee Reduced Benefits (FERB) program eligibility and a recruitment incentive: $10,000 for New Graduates and $15,000 for Experienced RNs, subject to HR details.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Louisiana (requirement may vary by facility).
• One year recent acute nursing experience preferred.
• Certified in ACLS and PALS, or obtain certification during orientation period.
• Demonstrate skill in written and oral communication.
• Able to work all shifts.
• Certified in CPR.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Possesses positive customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care to patients of all ages on the unit during the shift.
• Meet the established Standards of Nursing Care.
• Manage assigned personnel during the shift.
• Promote collaboration among the disciplines.
