Job summary

Exceptional Healthcare's Community Hospital in Maricopa, AZ is seeking an experienced ER Nurse for mid-shift to provide direct patient care in our Emergency Department. You will triage, assess, treat, and monitor patients while coordinating with physicians to ensure safety and quality care.

Arizona RN licensure with BLS, ACLS & PALS is required; 2–5 years of ER experience preferred. Expect 12-hour NIGHT SHIFT rotations, including weekends and holidays, with shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• 2-5 years of ER or similar experience.
• Current AZ nursing license with BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records systems.
• Ability to work 12-hour NIGHT SHIFT rotations, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients safely, rapidly, and accurately.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor patients' conditions.
• Communicate effectively with physicians about patient status and treatment responses.
• Administer medications and interpret diagnostic test results.

Compensation:

Competitive Hourly Rates (DOE) + Shift Differentials

• Weekend 10%
• Night shift 17%
• Weekend night 27%
