Incredible Health is hiring an Emergency Department RN in Lawrence, MA. Nurses with ER experience are encouraged to apply. ADN or higher nursing degree and active RN license required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Shift options include day, night and mid shifts; full time, part time, and per diem positions available. Join a community hospital recognized for Level 3 trauma capabilities and a strong benefits package including health coverage and 401K.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ year experience in an emergency room (ER) setting preferred.
• ACLS and/or PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients requiring urgent medical care.
• Treat patients suffering trauma, injury, or severe medical conditions.
• Rapidly assess patients' needs and prioritize care.
• Monitor health conditions, administer medications and treatments, and operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergency situations.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.

• Treat patients who are suffering from trauma, injury or severe medical conditions
• Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care
• Monitor patient health conditions, administer medications and other treatments, and operate and maintain medical equipment medical equipment
• Participate in code blue and other emergency situations
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, determining whether a patient should be discharged or arranged for a longer hospital stay
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan

Salary: $61,470 to $151,310 /year
