Job summary

Incredible Health in Duluth, GA is hiring an Emergency Department (RN) to join our team. Nurses with ER experience and a passion for fast-paced care are encouraged to apply across day, night, and mid shifts.

You will assess and treat patients with trauma or acute conditions, monitor vitals, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians to develop care plans. A nursing degree (ADN or higher) and an active RN license are required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ year ER experience preferred.
• ACLS and/or PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedure.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients who require urgent medical care.
• Treat patients with trauma, injury or severe medical conditions.
• Quickly assess patients and prioritize care.
• Monitor patient health, administer medications and operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, determining whether a patient should be discharged or arranged for a longer hospital stay
