Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care per nursing process and policies.
• Conducts thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately.
• Educates patients and families on conditions, plans, and post-discharge care.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency scope.
• Develops and evaluates care plans with the healthcare team.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in life-saving interventions when needed.
