Job summary

Job description

Provide comprehensive nursing care in a Level I Trauma Center’s Emergency Department. Assess patients and identify clinical needs, then develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans. Administer medications and perform or assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, monitoring patient response and communicating changes promptly.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, support trauma management, and ensure safe, evidence-based practice. Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and post-care instructions, promoting understanding and engagement.
