Job summary

• Active RN license or current registration in the appropriate state.
• Ability to perform rapid assessments in a high-acuity ER.
• Strong communication with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform rapid patient assessments and triage in the ER.
• Administer medications and coordinate diagnostic testing.
• Respond to emergent situations and stabilize patients.
• Document patient care in the EHR and ensure accuracy.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions.
