Lee Health in Fort Myers is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Emergency Department. This full-time position (40 hours/week) offers an open shift schedule (8, 9, or 10 hours) and a competitive annual hiring range.

You will assess patients with diverse acute and chronic conditions, collaborate with ED staff, and contribute to education and discharge planning. Educational requirements include a PT degree and Florida licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate and treat ED patients with neuromusculoskeletal and related conditions.
• Collaborate with ED and medical teams to determine appropriate plan of care.
• Provide education and follow-up to reduce readmissions and promote wellness.
