Job summary

Blue United Sourcing in Tahlequah, OK seeks a Locums ER Physician (MD/DO) to cover 12-hour shifts in a high-volume Emergency Department. The assignment requires Oklahoma license, BC/BE in EM (or FP with strong ED experience), and willingness to work nights and weekends.

You will join a team with Cerner EMR, 24/7 support, and ~230 patients/day; compensation is $230–$260 per hour based on experience. Start date around 2/23/2026 with 3 shifts per week.

Schedule / Shift Options (12s)

Primarily day shifts, butsome nights required.

Day shifts may include:

• 7am–7pm
• 8am–8pm
• 10am–10pm
• 11am–11pm
• 12pm–12am

Night shifts may include:

• 7pm–7am

Patient Volume & Coverage

• 200+total volume betweenED + Urgent Carein a 24-hour period
• Department average:~230 patients/day
• Expected pace:2.5–3 patients/hour
• Typical ED physician load:~16–22 patients/shift(acuity dependent)
• Double coveragein place

Clinical Scope

• Typical Emergency Department acuity
• Comfortable managingacute + chronic complaintsacrossall age groups

Requirements
