Job summary

Baptist Health Hamburg seeks a full-time ED Paramedic for the third shift to join its Emergency Department in Hamburg, KY. You will assess patients with the RN, deliver care, document in the EMR, and maintain positive patient interactions in a busy ED setting.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; if not current, obtain within 30 days of hire date.
• PALS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Patient assessment in conjunction with an RN, including repeat assessment.
• Provide care to the ED patient.
• Accurate documentation of care provided into the EMR system.
• Ensure positive customer relations interactions.
