Job summary

HCA HealthONE Swedish seeks a Paramedic for the Emergency Department. You will provide safe, effective care to ED patients under physician supervision, and perform lab testing per protocol. Requires Paramedic licensure, BLS, ACLS, and PALS, plus at least two years of EMS or hospital experience. Shift is 10:00 to 22:00; comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Shift: 10 am–10 pm.
• Current certification/licensure as a Paramedic per state requirements.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a field paramedic with an EMS agency and/or hospital clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement technical procedures and care to Emergency Department patients safely and effectively.
• Work under the direct supervision of ED physicians; follow orders, policies, and standards.
• Perform lab testing as assigned, documenting results and communicating critical values.
