Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical and administrative functions on the assigned nursing unit or area 24/7.
• Develop, manage and monitor budgets and resources for the department.
• Establish and implement departmental goals and staffing plans.
• Hire, orient, supervise, evaluate and discipline personnel as needed.
