Qualifications

• Must hold RN license (RN).
• 2+ years Charge RN experience in ED.
• 5+ years ED RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care in the ED.
• Oversee shift operations, staffing, and resources to ensure timely care.
• Monitor patient safety and compliance with standards of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and support services for patient flow.
