Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Licensed Practical Nurse in Illinois.
• BLS or CPR certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient care in a timely, cost-effective manner.
• Collect data and contribute to assessments and care plans.
• Perform phlebotomy, 12-lead EKGs, point-of-care testing and splinting.
• Maintain clean, stocked rooms and document interventions in the chart.
• Advocate for patient safety and coordinate with care teams.
