Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator who can work independently to coordinate multiple studies, implement complex protocols, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide mentorship and supervision to junior staff.

The role may function as a project manager or team lead with supervisory responsibilities, interact with physicians and departments, manage study timelines, and travel nationally to investigator meetings and sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of direct work-related experience in a research setting.
• CCRP/CCRC Certification, or equivalent, preferred.
• Ability to lead and supervise Clinical Research Coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple research studies by implementing study protocols.
• Provide mentoring, direction, supervision and guidance to Coordinators.
• Serve as a project manager or team lead with supervisory responsibilities.
• Interact with physicians and clinical departments and study participants.
• Travel nationally to other research sites and investigator meetings.
