Ethos Veterinary Health, part of the NVA Group, seeks a Veterinary Criticalist to join our Boulder hospital. The role focuses on advanced critical care, mentorship, and collaboration with specialty teams in a state-of-the-art setting.

You will lead ICU care, participate in rounds, and help advance the program while engaging in education and research efforts within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree with Colorado licensure eligibility.
• Board Certification (DACVECC) or ECC residency training.
• Strong communication and client-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-acuity emergency and ICU patients, including triage and stabilization.
• Lead interdisciplinary rounds with specialty services to create integrated treatment plans.
• Provide advanced therapies and contribute to teaching and research initiatives.
