Job summary

University of Washington in Seattle invites applications for a full-time faculty position in Emergency and Trauma Radiology at Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level. We seek candidates with fellowship in Emergency Radiology and a strong record in academic achievement, teaching, and clinical service at Harborview Medical Center.

Qualifications

• MD or DO, or foreign equivalent, in medicine.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Washington State.
• Board certified, or board eligible, in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Fellowship training in Emergency Radiology or at least 3 months of experience in Emergency Radiology.
• Excellence in academic achievement demonstrated by a record of scientific presentation and/or publications.
• For H-1B visa eligibility, USMLE steps must be satisfied if trained abroad.

Responsibilities

• Teach medical students, radiology residents, and fellows.
• Engage in research and scholarly activity.
• Provide clinical service as part of the Emergency and Trauma Radiology section at Harborview.
