Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Workplace Services Specialist II to support our London office and regional sites across Paris, Stockholm, Israel, Zurich, and Saudi Arabia. You will translate regional strategy into scalable workplace services, working with JLL to deliver facilities, F&B, front-of-house, and maintenance.

You will manage stakeholder relationships, lead improvements, apply AI to streamline processes, and help grow the EMEA Workplace team as Databricks expands to 2,500+ employees worldwide.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in facilities management or workplace operations.
• Experience with outsourced facilities management providers or partners.
• Experience supporting multiple countries/offices within the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistent workplace experience for employees, visitors and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with service partners to support day-to-day facilities, food and beverage, front-of-house, post room, and maintenance services.
• Monitor service delivery and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop scalable operating processes, standards and playbooks including maintenance programs.
• Lead moderately complex workplace projects across multiple stakeholders or locations.
